1. Quality Policy

In accordance with the Toshiba Group management policy, which is expressed in the statement, “Committed to People, Committed to the Future,” Iwate Toshiba Electronics is committed to full compliance with all laws and regulations. We endeavor to always put our customers first. In order to provide a higher quality, safer and state-of-the-art product and services that help to create a better quality of life for all people,

Iwate Toshiba Electronics will:

(1)	Proactively ensure product safety, and implement technical and quality improvements.
(2)	Ensure a company-wide commitment to the quality improvements.
(3)	As a provider of semi-conductor products, offer beneficial and appropriate information to customers for better application of the company's products in sets.
(4)	Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts and also respect the rights of customers and third parties.
(5)	Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems in order to offer Toshiba Quality.

2. Continual Improvements

Iwate Toshiba establishes its Quality Objectives based on the company’s Business Targets, and the Quality Objectives are deployed, maintained and reviewed from the perspectives of “Customers,” “Internal Processes,” and “Learning and development” in line with a policy of continuous improvement.

3. Commitment to Quality made by Top Management

I am committed to establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System, which includes the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives. In addition, I will ensure that I:

(1)	Set individual Quality Objectives for each department in Iwate Toshiba to implement the actions required to systematically accomplish targets.
(2)	Provide the resources required to realize the Quality Objectives and continue improvement activities in each department.
(3)	Review the entire Quality Management System from the perspective of its suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
